This guide is a central hub for fixing the most common IPTV problems. Find your issue below and follow the link to the detailed fix guide.

Buffering and Freezing

Symptoms: Stream pauses with a loading spinner, picture freezes and continues, video stutters.

Most common causes: Insufficient internet speed, packet loss, weak Wi-Fi signal, or device limitations.

Quick fixes:

  1. Switch from Wi-Fi to wired Ethernet.
  2. Run a speed test at fast.com.
  3. Restart your router and streaming device.
  4. Increase buffer size in your IPTV app settings.

EPG Not Working

Symptoms: No TV guide showing, blank schedule, wrong programme times.

Most common causes: EPG URL not configured, data not refreshed, timezone mismatch.

Quick fixes:

  1. Go to your app's Settings and trigger a manual EPG refresh.
  2. Verify the EPG URL is entered correctly.
  3. Adjust EPG timezone to your local time zone.

M3U Playlist Not Loading

Symptoms: Playlist fails to load, "invalid format" error, channels do not appear.

Most common causes: Incorrect URL, expired subscription, app-specific issue.

Quick fixes:

  1. Test the M3U URL in a browser — it should return a text file starting with #EXTM3U.
  2. Re-enter the URL without extra spaces.
  3. Try the URL in VLC to isolate app vs URL issues.

Xtream Codes Login Failing

Symptoms: "Invalid username or password," "server not found," login screen loop.

Most common causes: Wrong server URL format, wrong credentials, expired subscription.

Quick fixes:

  1. Check server URL format — must include http:// and port number.
  2. Copy credentials directly from activation email.
  3. Contact support to verify subscription status.

Channels Not Loading

Symptoms: Channels appear in the list but do not play, black screen, error on play.

Most common causes: Expired credentials, server issue, specific channel outage.

Quick fixes:

  1. Refresh your playlist in the app settings.
  2. Try playing a different channel — if others work, it is a specific channel issue.
  3. Re-enter your credentials.
  4. Contact support if multiple channels are affected.
