TiviMate (Android TV & Google TV)
The ultimate setup guide for TiviMate Premium on NVIDIA Shield, Chromecast, and Android TV.
Install TiviMate from Google Play
On your Android TV, Google TV, or NVIDIA Shield, open the Google Play Store. Search for 'TiviMate IPTV Player' and install it. If your device doesn't have the Play Store, you can sideload the APK using Downloader.
Add a New Playlist
Open TiviMate. Select 'Add Playlist'. You will be presented with several options: M3U playlist, Xtream Codes, or Stalker Portal. Select 'Xtream Codes'.
Enter Xtream Codes Details
Input the Server Address (URL), Username, and Password exactly as they appear in your Flick IPTV welcome email. Check the box for 'Include VOD' if you want access to our movie and series library, then click Next.
Configure the EPG
TiviMate will automatically process the channels and Electronic Program Guide (EPG). Once finished, select 'Done'. To optimize performance, go to Settings > EPG > Update interval, and set it to update every 24 hours.
Adjust Player Settings
For the best viewing experience to prevent buffering, navigate to Settings > Playback. Change the 'Buffer size' to 'Large' or 'Extra Large', especially if you are streaming 4K sports.
General Troubleshooting
Login or Authorization Failed?
Ensure you've copied your credentials correctly. Passwords and MAC addresses are case-sensitive.
- Double-check for spaces before or after your username.
- Verify your subscription hasn't expired.
Video Freezing or Skipping?
Most streaming issues are related to local network congestion.
- Reboot your router and the device.
- Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
- Try lowering the video quality in the player settings.

My EPG says 'No Information'. How do I fix it?
Go to Settings > EPG and manually click 'Update EPG'. Ensure your server URL was entered correctly without trailing slashes. If the issue persists, clear the app cache.
Is TiviMate compatible with Apple TV?
No, TiviMate is exclusively built for Android TV devices. For Apple TV, we recommend apps like IPTVX or UHF.
