1. Safe Harbor Status
Flick IPTV strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. We operate as an independent routing network and infrastructure provider. We do not host, upload, or store any media files, video streams, or copyrighted broadcasts on our own servers.
All media content accessed via our service is hosted by third-party servers and external indexing entities over which Flick IPTV has no direct control.
2. Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content provided through our third-party infrastructure infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.
Because we do not host the underlying files, we cannot permanently delete them from the internet. However, upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will act promptly to block access to the allegedly infringing streams or channels within our routing system.
3. Submitting a DMCA Request
To file a notice of infringement, please provide a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a specific description of where the material is located (e.g., the exact channel name or VOD title).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
