How to Install IBO Player on Samsung and LG Smart TVs

   • Device MAC Address (e.g., 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E)
   • Device Key
2. Write both of these down or take a picture with your phone. Leave the app open on your TV.

Step 3: Upload Your Playlist via the IBO Portal

1. On your smartphone or computer, open a web browser and go to the official IBO Player website: iboplayer.com/device/login
2. Enter the MAC Address and Device Key you got from your TV screen and click Login.
3. Once logged in, click on Add XC Playlist (Xtream Codes).
4. Fill in the details provided by Flick IPTV:
   • Playlist Name: Flick IPTV
   • Host: Enter the server URL we provided.
   • Username: Enter your subscription username.
   • Password: Enter your subscription password.
5. Click Save.

Step 4: Refresh the App on Your TV

1. Go back to your TV where IBO Player is still open.
2. Press the Reload or Refresh button on the screen, or simply restart the app.
3. You will now see "Flick IPTV" listed as a playlist.
4. Click on it to load your Live TV, Movies, and Series categories!

Recommended Settings After Setup

• EPG Source: In IBO Player's settings menu, confirm the EPG (guide) URL is populated so channel numbers show program names and times, not just channel logos.
• Buffer/Cache Size: If you notice freezing during peak hours, look for a buffer or cache setting in the app's playback menu and increase it — this is the same fix used across most IPTV apps to smooth out short network interruptions.

Occasionally a firmware update resets the app's generated ID. If your playlist stops loading after your TV updates itself, reopen IBO Player, note the new MAC/Key pair, and re-add it in the online portal.

Portal Login Says "Device Not Found"

Double-check you copied the MAC address and Device Key exactly, including any letters — these codes are case-sensitive and easy to mistype from a photo. Zoom in on your photo of the TV screen before typing them in.
