MAG Box / STB Emu
Instructions for linking your MAG box (254, 322, etc.) or STB Emulator via MAC Address.
Find Your MAG MAC Address
Locate the MAC Address on the sticker underneath your MAG Box. It starts with 00:1A:79. Provide this MAC Address to our support team upon checkout so we can register it on our servers.
Access Inner Portal Settings
Turn on your MAG Box. Unplug the internet cable, wait for the 'Page Loading Error' screen, and press 'Setup' or 'Settings' on your remote. Go to 'System Settings' > 'Servers' > 'Portals'.
Enter the Portal URL
In the 'Portal 1 Name' field, enter 'Flick IPTV'. In the 'Portal 1 URL' field, enter the exact Portal URL provided to you in your activation email. Leave Portal 2 blank.
Reboot the Device
Press 'OK' to save. Press 'Exit' twice on your remote to return to the general settings. Plug your internet cable back in and select 'Restart System'. The portal will now load.
General Troubleshooting
Login or Authorization Failed?
Ensure you've copied your credentials correctly. Passwords and MAC addresses are case-sensitive.
- Double-check for spaces before or after your username.
- Verify your subscription hasn't expired.
Video Freezing or Skipping?
Most streaming issues are related to local network congestion.
- Reboot your router and the device.
- Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
- Try lowering the video quality in the player settings.

My MAG box says 'Your STB is blocked'.
This means your MAC address has not been registered on our servers yet, or you typed it incorrectly during checkout. Contact support to have it activated.
How do I setup STB Emu on Android?
Open STB Emu, go to Settings > Profiles > New Profile. Enter our Portal URL. Then go to 'STB Configuration' and take note of the virtual MAC Address. Send us this MAC Address to activate.
